Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Supervisor based in Chula Vista, CA. The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics coordination. The role involves analyzing supply chain data to optimize efficiency, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Additionally, the supervisor will work closely with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives and maintain effective communication through regular reporting and meetings.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills to optimize supply chain efficiency
Operations Management and Inventory Management experience
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in supervising and leading teams
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in supply chain management software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing or composite materials is a plus
