Great opportunity to join a large manufacturing company as a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role you will be receiving, processing and expediting customer purchase orders to ensure accurate, on-time delivery while consistently demonstrating a strong customer centric mindset.
Job Summary
- Pay: $36-$45
- Shifts Available: Monday through Friday on site
- Manage sales order entry, establish acceptable lead times with production sites
- Demonstrate strong customer centricity by understanding client needs
- Proactively engage with customers to identify evolving requirements
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP
- Ensure order accuracy by verifying client requirements
- Resolve customer issues
- Work with Quality and Sales to follow up on return authorizations and manage replacement orders by agreed terms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years in supply chain experience including customer service
- 3-5 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical environment preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, traffic and/or logistics a plus
- Knowledge of SAP
