We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and distribution of goods. This role is responsible for analyzing supply chain performance, coordinating cross-functional activities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring products are delivered accurately, cost-effectively, and on schedule.

The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement, production, warehouse operations, logistics providers, suppliers, customer service, sales, and finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution. You will coordinate material planning, monitor inventory levels, manage order fulfillment, track shipments, and support demand planning activities while maintaining alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory availability, coordinating procurement and replenishment activities, managing supplier communications, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate inventory records across enterprise systems. You will analyze supply chain data, identify operational bottlenecks, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, inventory accuracy, service levels, and cost optimization.

The role also involves preparing operational reports, forecasting supply requirements, supporting sales and operations planning (S&OP), coordinating transportation activities, managing logistics documentation, and ensuring compliance with supply chain policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. You will participate in supplier performance reviews, inventory reconciliation, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain resilience and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to improve supply chain visibility, optimize inventory utilization, reduce lead times, and enhance overall business performance. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, material planning, replenishment strategies, forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and supply chain software platforms.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, supplier relationship management, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination.
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight management, import and export documentation, customs compliance, and international trade practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze supply chain data, monitor inventory performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple supply chain activities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across procurement, warehouse, logistics, production, finance, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to prepare supply chain reports, inventory analyses, performance dashboards, forecasting reports, and operational documentation.
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), inventory turnover, fill rate, on-time delivery, and other supply chain performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization techniques is beneficial.
