We’re helping a fast-growing, international product company (~500 employees) hire a Supply Chain Specialist to manage vendor coordination, inventory flows, and logistics — all in a modern, remote-first setup.
You’ll work closely with operations, finance, and external partners (manufacturers, 3PLs, and freight providers) to ensure products move efficiently across borders and channels.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery
Track inventory levels across warehouses and suggest reorders or redistributions
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
Monitor stock movement, backorders, and incoming shipments
Communicate with internal stakeholders to flag delays, shortages, or demand spikes
Update and improve supply chain documentation, dashboards, and forecasts
Tools & Stack you might have experience with
ERP / Inventory Systems: NetSuite, Odoo, or equivalent
Dashboards & Sheets: Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable
Communication: Slack, Notion, Zoom
Logistics Platforms: Flexport, ShipBob, or regional equivalents
✅ What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory operations
Strong organizational and communication skills — especially in remote settings
Able to coordinate across time zones and keep multiple threads moving
Comfortable working in tools like ERPs, spreadsheets, and shared dashboards
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German, Mandarin, Spanish) are a plus
Bonus: experience in D2C, e-commerce, or global product companies
