Responsibilities & Tasks but not limited to:
• Prepare 3+3 or 3+9 order forecast and initiate monthly meetings with Zeekr HQ OTD (order to delivery) team for buildup quarterly production & supply schedule.
• Work closely with forwarders to secure supply of Zeekr vehicles from China mainland to dealers.
• Upload data of Nevidas and RAV per government requirement.
• Manage the dashboard of orders, sales and shipping to keep the data accurate and up to date.
• Support regional sales managers on a required basis: daily/weekly/monthly reports, costs and budget analysis, etc.
• Monitor stock of wholesale or retail level and arrange stock allocation which is aligned with sales target of each region.
• Participate in the stock control, preservation and annual inventory reconciliation of vehicles.
• Address ad hoc enquiries regarding vehicles from sales and other stakeholders.
Qualifications/Experience & Skills:
• Willing to work in a multicultural team.
• Highly organized, excellent attention to detail / accuracy, follow through and commitment to deadlines.
• At least 2 years of experiences as the similar role in an automotive OEM is highly desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience of managing international logistics, freight forwarding and inventory planning in a manufacturing environment.
• University level degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related disciplines
• Strong computer skills with advanced Excel Skills and familiar with ERP system.
