Why join MacPhee’s?
At MacPhee’s, you will be part of a high performing team, working with exceptional functional experts (and great human beings), and a business that values care, openness and being ‘all in’. Accountability, high standards, practical thinking and long term relationships matter. We are looking for someone who shares those values and wants to do work they can be proud of.
You will not simply inherit a finished system. You will help shape the operating rhythm, strengthen the foundations and build the supply chain capability needed for the future.

What we value
We are looking for someone who is reliable, collaborative and willing to take ownership. Someone who follows through, communicates clearly and takes pride in getting the detail right.
You will be confident enough to lead planning conversations, challenge assumptions and drive action, while also being humble enough to roll up your sleeves and work closely with the operational detail.
