ABOUT
Owen’s is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help run and manage day-to-day supply chain operations. You will be an integral part of the team managing vendor relationships, production schedules, procurement, inventory levels, and output logistics. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Operations Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute day-to-day supply chain logistics:
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and raw material planning
Balance supply and demand, schedule production, and forecast inputs
Track inventory levels across all warehouses and address discrepancies or shortages
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouse partners
Implement process improvements to reduce cost and enhance service levels
Collaborate with finance and operations on reporting, reconciliation, and budgeting
QUALIFICATION
6+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or production planning
Deep familiarity with supply planning software and spreadsheets
Experience managing 3PLs, co-packers, and freight providers
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
Experience in food & beverage or consumer goods preferred
BA/BS degree required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
