The role
We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and knows how to keep product flowing across a global operation.
You will own the end-to-end supply chain for Honeybalm; from production scheduling and inbound logistics to warehouse flows and inventory management. You work closely with our suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal teams to make sure we always have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time. As we scale into new markets and channels, you will be the person who builds the systems and processes that make that possible without breaking.
What you will own
- Production lead times, scheduling, and capacity planning with contract manufacturers
- Inbound logistics and freight management (air, sea, road) across all markets
- Warehouse flows and storage coordination with our 3PL partners
- Demand forecasting per SKU per market, in close collaboration with commercial teams
- Inventory levels, stock targets, and allocation across DTC, retail, and marketplaces
- S&OP process ownership: connecting supply with commercial demand
- Out-of-stock and overstock management and escalation
- Seasonal build-up planning (Black Friday, product launches, retailer windows)
- International shipping, customs documentation, and compliance
- Supply chain risk management and contingency planning
How you will succeed
You connect the dots between suppliers, warehouses, and sales channels before problems surface. You are comfortable with numbers and use data to make decisions, not just to report. You build strong relationships with external partners and hold them to clear standards. You stay calm when a shipment is delayed and you already have a plan B. You understand that in a scaling DTC brand, supply chain is not a back-office function, it is a growth lever.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in a consumer goods or DTC environment
- Hands-on experience managing production planning, inbound freight, and 3PL relationships
- Strong grasp of demand planning and inventory management across multiple SKUs and markets
- Experience with international shipping, customs, and cross-border logistics
- Comfortable working in a lean team where you own your area end-to-end
- Data-driven mindset: you use spreadsheets and planning tools fluently
- Strong communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders alike
- Proactive, structured, and hands-on: you flag issues early and solve them fast
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
