We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain and logistics operations. This role ensures the smooth flow of goods, timely deliveries, and efficient inventory and transportation management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities including shipping, transportation, and delivery scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse operations.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, and logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation for purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory data.
• Support supply chain planning, procurement coordination, and demand forecasting.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing logistics efficiency.
• Assist in warehouse coordination, stock control, and distribution processes.
• Prepare logistics reports, performance metrics, and operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Support cost control initiatives and logistics process improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Requirements
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or coordination roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems, ERP, or logistics software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
