We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and ensure efficient coordination across the supply chain. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a structured environment and have an interest in operations, logistics, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
- Monitor order processing and ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
- Track logistics performance and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock, and transactions
- Assist in improving supply chain processes and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP systems knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- French is an advantage but not mandatory
