We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our Supply Chain operations. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics activities, optimizing processes, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and related logistics paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics data.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies.
- Support inventory planning and stock level monitoring.
- Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
