We're growing and looking for a Supply Chain & Inbound Transport Specialist (m/f) to join our team in Zagreb!
In this role, you will coordinate international inbound transportation, optimize supply chain operations and collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable inbound deliveries.
💡 What you'll do:
- Coordinate and monitor international inbound transportation across ocean, air, road, rail and courier freight
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of inbound shipments while monitoring freight costs, validating transport invoices and supporting transport insurance processes
- Analyze transportation, customs and operational data to improve supply chain visibility, reporting and KPI performance
- Monitor carrier, freight forwarder and logistics service provider performance and identify opportunities for cost and service improvements
- Support order management and improve visibility of shipments, purchase orders and inbound inventory
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, customs and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient inbound operations
- Drive continuous improvements across transportation processes and the inbound supply chain
🎯 What we're looking for:
- 4–6 years of experience in transport operations, supply chain or logistics
- Good understanding of international transportation, import procedures and customs regulations, with experience in EU or Swiss customs considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and performance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and German, with French or Italian considered an advantage
- Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management skills
- Team-oriented, customer-focused and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in an international environment
