该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Purchasing and Supplier Quality
- Responsible for whole Purchasing and Supplier Quality
- Management of on-time parts deliveries and supplier performance
- Monitoring and developing the supplier base in collaboration with strategic purchasing
- Process Purchasing
- Secure localization of supply chain and cost down measures to improve company competitiveness
- Warehouse and Logistics
- Managing local logistics to ensure stable and on-time delivery of parts, including
- Secure parts availability for production ii. Strict control of inventories iii. Smart demand and stock planning iv. Cost management for warehouse, import and freight
- Meetings, Moderations and Others
- Conduct regular meetings for Supply Chain department
- Moderate workshops (cost down, process improvement, CIP etc.) for the Supply Chain department
- Other projects assigned 任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree and above. Educational background in engineering relevant majors is preferred
- At least 10 years’ working experience in purchasing or supply chain. Experience in international companies is preferred, prior experience in non-standard equipment, particularly packaging equipment, is a strong plus
- Result oriented with strong leadership to thrive team to success. Good at stakeholder management and collaboration with other departments/functions across the entire organization
- Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English
