Job Purpose and Overview
The Supply Chain Sourcing & Regional Fulfillment Manager for Key and Canada position exists to manage all Supply Chain Fulfillment Analysts I for all Distribution Centers located in Canada (2-4 Distribution Locations). This position also leads all key account responsibilities, as well as the sourcing specialist and PO coordinator team members supporting all US and Canada distribution locations. Leads team of 3-6 Team members. This role operates in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones.
This will be a remote role with up to a 35% Travel Percentage.
What will you do as a Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager at Dawn Foods?
Manage all Supply Chain Fulfillment Analysts I for all Distribution Centers (DCs) located in Canada
Lead Fulfillment function for all Key Account responsibilities in US & Canada DCs, and act as liaison between other DC departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain Planner, Regional Leadership, etc.)
Lead Supply Chain Sourcing and PO Coordinator functions for all US & Canada DCs and act as liaison between other DC departments (Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, AP, Quality, etc.)
Lead team to support:
New item setup and maintain master data in SAP (non-MRP data)
Vendor quality issues and concerns
PIR (Purchasing Info Records) setup and maintenance
Freight conditions
PO price accuracy and validation
Ensuring team completes any invoice discrepancies in MRBR, Onbase, and GRIR within timeline goals
Lead and manage various meetings related to SIOP in all responsible DCs.
Ensure team completes timely processing of replenishing repeatable goods by creating purchase orders (POs) for buy/sell items from vendors and stock transfer orders (STOs) for Dawn to Dawn items, ensuring PO/STO accuracy in SAP & Blue Yonder system
Lead team to develop supply strategies to support Key Account Customers by Channel.
Attract and retain strong talent and lead efforts with the recruiting team. Provide coaching and guidance to support team member development.
Monthly review & reporting of performance against KPIs; including: DIOH, Forecast MAPE and Bias (Mean Absolute Percentage Error), OTIF, Aged & Obsolescence Targets, truckload utilization, expedited freight, MRBR/Onbase/GRIR, unplanned freight variance, BSP accuracy, timely quality concern closure, cost management, freight income, etc.
Regularly partner with the Director of Planning & Fulfillment, Regional Fulfillment Managers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Quality, Sales team, etc.
Ensure DCs align & conform to all Fulfillment policies & best practices
Lead Fulfillment team to follow up on inventory concerns, expedite orders, review demand, and all other fulfillment activities
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Demonstrate the “Dawn Values” of Team Dawn and support the Circle of Excellence.
What Does It Take to be a Supply Chain Fulfiullment Manager at Dawn Foods?
Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.
A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related business degree preferred and 6 years of related supply chain experience in a distribution. environment or 10 years of Supply Chain experience in lieu of degree.
2 years of Management experience with a minimum of 3 direct reports. Previous experience leading and developing a multi-site, remote work team is highly preferred.
SAP, Blue Yonder, and Advanced Excel hands-on experience preferred.
Experience with sourcing, cost control, and customer management is highly preferred.
Food industry experience is highly preferred.

Compensation Range:
$88,750 – $142,000 with bonus incentive.
