Full Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the planning, procurement, and logistics activities that keep materials and products moving efficiently through the supply chain. This role works closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory levels, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of materials, components, and finished goods to support production and customer demand.

Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods.

Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm lead times, order status, and resolve any issues.

Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes to avoid shortages or overstock.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align supply with demand.

Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including order entries, shipping documentation, and inventory adjustments.

Assist in resolving discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or delivery of goods.

Support cycle counting and physical inventory activities.

Generate regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and logistics metrics.

Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, or strengthening supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to shipping, customs, and safety.

Provide administrative support to the supply chain and logistics team as needed.

Professional Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials coordination.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.

Familiarity with shipping processes, freight terms, and basic supply chain concepts.

Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
