Distribution & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for franchise restaurant locations and support centers.
- Monitor distributor performance, delivery schedules, fill rates, and inventory levels.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees and vendors regarding shipping, order issues, shortages, and logistics concerns.
- Track and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and service interruptions.
- Assist in managing product rollouts, promotions, seasonal items, and limited-time offers from a distribution perspective.
- Support new restaurant openings by coordinating delivery timelines and supply readiness.
Inventory & Supply Chain Support
- Monitor inventory trends and assist with forecasting to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate distribution records, product data, and logistics documentation.
- Analyze shipping and freight costs to identify savings opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with procurement and culinary teams to support product transitions and supplier changes.
- Help ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and transportation standards.
- Fulfill and manage internal Shopify store orders, ensuring accurate processing, quality control, and timely shipment coordination
- Maintain organized inventory through weekly counts, product rotation, and supply ordering to support daily operations
- Provide customer support by resolving order and fulfillment issues while coordinating UPS pickups and outbound logistics
Vendor & Franchise Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and franchise operators.
- Communicate logistics updates, supply issues, and operational changes to stakeholders.
- Support vendor performance reviews and reporting initiatives.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational supply chain challenges affecting restaurant performance.
Reporting & Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports related to logistics KPIs, inventory performance, freight costs, and service levels.
- Maintain databases, shipment tracking systems, and supply chain documentation.
- Support cross-functional projects related to distribution optimization and operational improvement.

Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or restaurant operations
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, or related field
- Experience working with restaurant franchising, foodservice distribution, or multi-unit operations
- Experience coordinating with national or regional foodservice distributors
- Familiarity with franchise support environments
- Understanding of freight, warehouse, and inventory processes
- Experience with Arrowstream
Work Environment
The following work environments are typical for this role:
- Office environment with standard equipment: computers, phones, copiers, etc.
- Occasional visits to restaurants, distribution centers, and supplier facilities, including indoor and outdoor environments, with variable temperatures and noise levels
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee.
- Occasionally required to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, and stoop
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs
- Capable of driving personal vehicle to store locations or rental vehicles to out of state store locations, and capable of flying commercially for company travel
- Required to refrain from drinking alcohol prior to performing specific duties of job such as driving
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional hours outside of normal business hours and days of the week are the norm as well as overnights. A requirement of this job is to attend vendor-sponsored events that could require overnight stays during the evenings and on weekends. A hybrid schedule of work from home/office can be permitted based on employee’s job performance and the evolving needs of the position.
Travel
Approximately 10% travel, including an occasional overnight trip
