Job Summary:
This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inbound freight destined to multiple DC’s, preparing inbound freight paperwork.
Essential Responsibilities:
Executes supply chain initiatives for multiple floors product lines to ensure timely and accurate receipts of goods at all warehouses
Supports proper inventory flow by entering approved Purchase Orders and posting receipt of goods.
Verify receipt of goods against vendor issued invoices.
Schedule and monitor inbound container shipments to multiple DCs.
Compile and maintain accurate Purchase Order paperwork for all shipments.
found at the time of delivery and work with other departments within the Company to ensure proper documentation is completed.
Manages chargebacks for mis-shipments and damages. Maintains communication between Happy Floors and the client vendor to reduce/increase/change the amount paid to the vendor.
Works with vendors to monitor and record production plans dates to ensure timely product shipments. Escalates delays and potential supply chain interruptions to leadership.
Records, tracks, and monitors inbound and outbound ocean freight, drop ship and air freight shipments. Maintain accurate records: Shipment ETAs, Open POs, PO Adjustments to account for missing freight tied to a pending chargeback.
Support Finance with timely payment to vendors, managing chargebacks and costing inventory with correct accruals for landed cost.
Maintains regular communication with international suppliers, and various Supply Chain vendors
Collaborates with Operations team on inbound ocean freight: daily, weekly and future volume.
Assists any other departments and performs any other duties as requested

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics from a four-year college or university plus 1-2 years of applicable experience; or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
Strong mathematical, analytical, organizing, planning, and multi-tasking skills required
Comprehensive working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products including MS Word, MS Outlook and advanced proficiency in Excel
