About the Role
We're looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll support our Operations team by maintaining accurate supply chain data, updating trackers and dashboards, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse partners, monitoring shipments, and helping ensure everything stays organized and on track.

What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate supply chain and operational data
- Update purchase orders, shipments, stock, and warehouse trackers
- Follow up with suppliers, freight partners, and warehouses
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI trackers
- Monitor inventory and operational issues, escalating where needed
- Support reporting and day-to-day operational coordination
- Help improve processes and keep operations running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and learning new systems
- Tech-savvy with a structured way of working
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong written and spoken English (Dutch is a plus)
- Experience in ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Bol, Monta, Gorgias, or similar platforms
- Experience with inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Basic knowledge of integrations or automation
