JOB OVERVIEW:
Manages overages, shortages, deductions, and chargebacks for all retail account customers. Research and verifies that charges were valid or appeals with customer to reclaim deductions. Creates carrier claims and manages 3rd Party partner performance. Research root cause and collaborates cross functionally to create corrective action and process enhancements to drive adherence to customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee the tracking of overages, shortages, deductions, and chargebacks for all retail account customers. Creates processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
Analyzes data to identify root causes and collaborates with cross functional teams to implement corrective actions.
Plans and implements supply chain optimization projects (e.g. Claims management process and tracking, Over Short and Damage claim review and root cause, etc.).
Evaluates customer operations and supply chains according to Blue Diamond policy and industry best practice.
Foster trusting relationships with business partners.
Collaborates with IT and Sales professionals to implement effective systems and processes.
Tracks KPIs and report on customer supply chain performance.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of Customer Service, Accounts Receivables, Logistics, Land Freight, or Sea Freight experience.
Experience in data collection planning, analysis, reporting, and project leadership.
Functional knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g. Claims processing, Business accounting, Shipping, Warehouse Operations).
Working knowledge of MS Office, Amazon Vendor Central, Wal Mart NOVA and Retail Link, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Total minimum number of years of experience required in lieu of degree
5 years years of Customer Service, Accounts Receivables, Logistics, Land Freight, or Sea Freight experience.
