The Dexter R-XI School District is seeking applicants for the position of Substitute Bus Driver. The Dexter R-XI School District bus driver transports children to and from school or school-sponsored activities in a safe, legal manner, while maintaining an atmosphere conducive to the educational process.
Qualifications: Dexter R-XI Schools will train prospective substitute drivers.
A candidate for this position will be able to meet all requirements and qualifications including, but not limited to, the following:
Be at least 21 years of age
Hold a Class B CDL with “S” and passenger endorsement
Successful experience driving a school bus
Pass annual physical and eye exam
Clear driving history and criminal background check
Clear drug screening
