Join AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE a.s. as a Station Manager and play a key role in ensuring the operational readiness of a fleet of military trainer jets.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary contact regarding aircraft operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate CAMO activities – maintenance planning, record tracking, reporting, and escalation.
- Represent Aero locally, ensuring top-tier technical support and customer service.
- Collaborate with Aero Field Service Engineers, subcontractors, and visiting personnel.
- Collect and forward customer feedback to relevant departments.
- Participate in coordination meetings, prepare reports, and escalate critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Hungarian military regulations and Aero’s internal standards.
- Align maintenance programs with operational schedules.
You Might Be the Right Fit If You…
- Have experience in aircraft operations, ideally in a military or defense setting
- Understand military aviation logistics, maintenance planning, and flight operations
- Have experience working with military stakeholders – prior military service is a strong advantage
- Are autonomous, decisive, and capable of navigating complex environments
- Speak fluent Hungarian and English (Czech is a bonus)
- Hold or can obtain Hungarian and Czech security clearances
- Have experience in CAMO, MRO, or working with an aircraft OEM
