About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Recruiter to join our growing 3PL warehouse operation. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding warehouse employees to ensure we maintain a reliable and fully staffed workforce.
The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and has experience recruiting hourly employees.

$60,000.00 / Annual
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Recruit and source qualified warehouse candidates through Indeed, Linkdn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review applications and resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
- Recruit for positions such as Warehouse Coordinators, Pickers, Warehouse Labelers, Forklift Operators, General Laborers, Leads/Supervisors, Managers, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct candidate screening and verify employment history when required.
- Assist with background checks, drug screening, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Complete new-hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and employee files.
- Track open positions, applicant flow, interviews, hires, and start dates.
- Follow up with candidates to reduce no-shows and improve hiring and retention.
- Work closely with warehouse management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Help maintain adequate staffing levels based on operational requirements.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or warehouse hiring experience preferred 5+ years exp.
- Experience recruiting hourly warehouse or logistics employees is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of applicants and multiple open positions.
- Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Indeed, applicant tracking systems, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment when needed.
