We are seeking a highly analytical, full-cycle Mobility Solutions Manager to serve as a commercial sales leader for an innovative, venture-backed logistics and advanced mobility technology platform.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between deep logistics infrastructure and high-growth technology sales—owning complex enterprise engagements from initial discovery through deal close. You will drive structured revenue growth across multimodal freight corridors by translating advanced technology into data-backed, executive-ready commercial business cases.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Market Development & Full-Cycle Deal Ownership

  • Target the Ecosystem: Develop and execute a commercial strategy targeting maritime gateways, short-line rail networks, and midstream logistics providers.
  • Map Corridors: Identify high-value shipping lanes and prioritize enterprise accounts based on infrastructure fit and commercial feasibility.
  • Close Enterprise Deals: Lead structured discovery grounded in physical freight realities, collaborate cross-functionally with internal Engineering and Operations teams, and navigate multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles to close strategic deployments.
  • 2. Freight Economics & ROI Modeling

    • Build Financial Models: Develop customized, lane-level ROI frameworks analyzing first-mile vs. intermodal economics, asset utilization, throughput optimization, and modal shift savings.
    • Quantify Value: Convert tech features into hard metrics (reduced cost per load, improved dwell times, network reliability, and carbon emissions advantages).

    Qualifications

    Industry Depth & Commercial Discipline

    • 5+ years of dedicated experience in rail logistics, port operations, intermodal networks, trucking/3PL, or industrial supply chain sales.
    • Strong working knowledge of rail economics, linehaul structures, port terminal dynamics, and drayage constraints.
    • Proven track record of navigating structured sales stages, maintaining CRM pipeline discipline, and closing complex enterprise partnerships.

    Analytical & Communication Strength

    • Advanced Spreadsheet Proficiency: Expert-level ability to build standalone financial models, scenario analyses, and data-backed ROI frameworks from scratch.
    • Technical Aptitude: Comfort mastering the technical and operational specifications of a hardware-enabled logistics technology platform.
    • Executive Storytelling: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver board-ready presentations (PowerPoint/Canva).

    Preferred Experience

    • Background in high-growth infrastructure deployment, autonomous mobility, or hardware-enabled logistics tech startups.
    • Experience with sustainability economics or green freight initiatives.
