Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our curbside collection operations and transfer station. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Supervise curbside collection and transfer station activities, ensuring safety and quality.
Coach, train, and manage performance for drivers and site staff.
Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and operational efficiency, utilizing tools such as Geotab and Navusoft.
Support the tracking and management of operational and maintenance budgets in collaboration with site managers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in waste management, logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in operational software such as Navusoft and Geo Tab.
