** Position Summary**:
– In charge of Marketing Type of Services to Vessel.
– Take enquiries from Vessel and submit quotations timely.
– Proceed Sales Order.
– Arrange self-collection from vendors
– Deliver samples to vendors
– Arrange delivery to Vessel.
– Follow up Marketing to the whole Fleet.
– Give assistance to others departments, to create unity and harmonious company
– Chase payment from clients
– Liaise with HQ Sales Centre with Vessel coming to Dry Docking
– Check with Shipyard Dock Master for Vessel Dry Docking plan
– Gather information with Site Manager for Dry Docking plan
– Go onboard to Dry Docking vessel in the shipyard to Market Type of Services from RMS.
– Take enquiries from Vessel and submit quotations timely
– Sourcing the required item for vessel even item is overseas indent
– Process Sales Order and ensure all items are correct by checking with warehouse personnel.
– Arrange delivery schedule, liaise with Operation Dept and Vessel
– Arrange Return & follow up exchange (if any)
– Follow up after Sales Order & Market RMS service to the whole Fleet.
