** Job Description
** Responsibilities**:
– Manage site operations include fulfilling all operational requirements and meeting identified performance indicators.
– Roster Bus Captains (BC) and Buses to achieve optimal utilisation of BC and trips.
– Lead and take charge of Bus Captains including handling of all Bus Captains administrative issues including attendance, discipline and morale.
– Liaise with external parties for servicing and repair for Buses and other operational demands.
– Inculcate safety values and importance of service quality.
– Perform 1st level of incident management including complaint, lost and found, and misbehaviour
– Enforce compliance to SOP(s) and instructions from HQ.
– Perform reporting including incident/ accident reports and customer feedback reports.
– Any other related duties and responsibilities involved within the role as assigned from.

– Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports.
– Able to multitask.
– Able to work in extended hours or weekend as required.
– Prior experience in operations handling such as for logistics and mobility sectors, and Class 4 License will be advantage.
