Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Shop Technician / Equipment Rebuilder to join our Marietta-based team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, repairing and restoring machinery, and being part of a supportive team environment.
You’ll play a key role in inspecting, repairing, and preparing laundry equipment for installation, resale, or lease — helping ensure our customers receive quality, reliable machines every time.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, clean, and repair industrial laundry equipment for resale or re-lease.
- Perform pre-installation tasks such as gas conversions, coin box setups, and other custom configurations.
- Diagnose and repair freight damage or mechanical issues.
- Assist the Operations team with staging equipment and installation prep.
- Support field technicians with parts deliveries and repair assistance as needed.
- Perform light facility maintenance and general shop upkeep.
- Take ownership of your daily work and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Experience in appliance repair, mechanical work, or rebuilding equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and organized.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
