Shipping traffic Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping traffic Specialist to join our team. The position will be responsible for keep the track of all our shipping operations, ensuring timely response to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attending daily meetings with the clients and providing shipping status updates
- Provide with quotes to our internal customers according their needs and keep track of them
- Maintaining our records
- Communicate with carriers such as Fedex, UPS and DHL to track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor shipping costs to optimize shipping expenses.
- Handle lost or damaged shipments tracing and claims and coordinating with relevant departments and couriers to process returns and issue refunds or replacements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, delivery confirmations and costs through CRM
Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with carriers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipping documentation and records.
- Excellent Verbal, Written and Communication skills in English language
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in fully Remote setting
- Excellent excel skills
- Must have a good internet connection and comfortable to work online on Camera
Salary Range: 15000MXN, salary revision after 3 months
Job Timing: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm CST
Fully Remote on camera
