Job Role
- Manage end-to-end shipping operations, ensuring timely and compliant product deliveries.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure shipping documentation complies with local and international regulations.
- Monitor transportation performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Oversee packing standards and ensure compliance with global packaging requirements.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers through regular communication, training, and operational support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and packing issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs documentation, and transportation operations.
- Experience managing freight forwarders, logistics providers, and supplier relationships.
- Good understanding of packing standards and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Very Good command of the English language.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are highly preferred:
- Apparel & Fashion Retail.
- Freight Forwarding companies managing apparel accounts.
- FMCG or Export Logistics.
