Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize and record the document for transportation plan of LNG vessel (Loading / Discharge Instruction, Instruction for Ballast and Laden Voyage) to ensure all required documents are complete.

Perform calculation of shipping operations expenses, covering fuel-bunker, ship maintenance and dry-docking to ensure expenses are in according to approved budget.

Monitor and record fuel bunker consumption, ship maintenance, dry-docking and activity during operation to ensure all processes are completed effectively according to procedures.

Perform consolidation of information and reports on issues during loading, sailing and discharging activity to ensure availability of timely reports to related parties.

Prepare the compatibility study between ship and shore to ensure all requirements and conditions are incorporated for effective and efficient shipping operation.

Prepare the LNG Vessel Calibration of Certificate from Directorate General of Oil and Gas and the Certificate of Origin after LNG loading from Trade Ministry to ensure all supporting documents are complete and comply with related regulation

Execute all processes for shipping and marine operation, including port management, loading/unloading, berthing to ensure the process is aligned with the established and approved shipping strategy and work plan.

Perform monitoring and inspection on vessel and marine transportation condition to ensure all are in optimum condition in accordance to prevailing Marine Regulations and transportation travel to ship condensate and LNG can be completed.

Provide technical data and calculation of new vessel requirement covering tanker size, distance and voyage time between loading and discharge ports.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma from a recognized Marine Institute (e.g., STIP), preferably with a Nautical (ANT2) or Technical (ATT2).

Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipping in the oil & gas industry, preferably in LNG business.

Working Schedule & Point of Assignment:

Normal working schedule (Work from Office & Work from Home available).
