Handling and checking of LC (letter of credit)
Updating of data into Client’s system
Work closely with overseas agents/office, various Loaders / co-loaders, vendors, and warehouse
Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer’s request.
Responsible for tracking of goods en-route or any problem arise and forward information or pre-alerts to customers.
Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
Attend and respond to customers’ inquiries.
Foster and maintain customer relationships to their fullest.
Arranging cargo insurance and all other types of Shipping documents
Liaise, coordinate and respond to meet customer’s shipping requirements
Handling customer issues and feedbacks
Interact with dispatch for shipping arrangements
Performs any other task as instructed by section manager.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
Meticulous to details
Able to commence within short notice or immediately
Preferable candidate with at least 1 year of relevant shipping experience
Knowledge of LC application and negotiation
Independent with good communication skills
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Customer Service oriented
Fresh candidates with a strong interest in shipping may apply
