** Responsibilities*
* – Handling inbound/ outbound shipment.
– Source, negotiate and manage Freight forwarders and its services for all our deliveries.
– Monitor Freight Forwarder’s performances (including Plant’s logistic performance) and perform
cost reduction
initiatives in all logistics activities.
– Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents including LC documentation, Certificate of Origin, Insurances, Delivery order, packing list, debit note, release note, commercial invoice, monthly royalty report, etc.
– Coordinate with Finance team on shipping payment, invoices, Warranty and LC Negotiation.
– Monitor and update delivery status in system
– Compilation of related logistic activities and expenses report for management review.=
– Interact and communicate with internal and external customers on order/ delivery status.
– Other Project and ad-hoc duties as per assigned
** Requirements**:
– 2 years related experience within the industry
– Experience working with ERP, AX or other documentation software
– Freight and logistic handling
– Letter of Credit management
