** Key Responsibilities*
* – Prepare full set of shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO, etc.
– Ensure all outbound shipping documentation is processed in time and complies with customers’ requirements.
– Ensure all inbound clearance is cleared in time.
– Coordinate and liaise with overseas offices, customers and shipping forwarders to ensure smooth transactions in shipments.
– Arrange courier of samples and documents.
– Data entry and filing of documents.
– Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
