Job Overview
Filsynde Energy is seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to support the company’s growing logistics and order fulfillment activities. With a strong global sourcing network and partnerships with leading companies around the world, Filsynde Energy supplies new, used, repaired, near-obsolete, and obsolete industrial automation products and spare parts to customers worldwide.
The Shipping Coordinator will help coordinate outgoing shipments, prepare shipping documentation, communicate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in logistics, shipping, and international supply operations. Training will be provided, and previous industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outgoing shipments and delivery schedules
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, invoices, and related documentation
- Verify order details, quantities, addresses, and shipping requirements
- Coordinate with carriers, couriers, and freight providers
- Track shipments and provide updates when needed
- Enter and maintain shipping information in company systems
- Communicate with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and customer service teams
- Assist with arranging domestic and international shipments
- Ensure packages are properly prepared and labeled before dispatch
- Monitor shipment status and help resolve delivery issues
- Maintain organized records of shipping activities and documentation
- Assist with preparing customs and international shipping information when required
- Report discrepancies, damaged shipments, or delays to the appropriate team
- Help improve the efficiency and accuracy of shipping processes
Requirements
- Previous shipping or logistics experience is helpful but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email
- Ability to learn shipping and inventory software
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines

Pay: $22.50 – $23.50 per hour
