Position: Shipping Assistant
Well Established US Healthcare Solutions MNC
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,700 + AWS + OT
Working Location: Tuas
Company Transport Provided
Outpatient Medical Insurance Provided
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
Prepare and process all shipping documentation including delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs declarations.
Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, and couriers to schedule and monitor shipments.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation for all outbound goods.
Verify items to be shipped against shipping orders and ensure accuracy.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
Handle returned shipments, customer complaints, and delivery discrepancies.
Maintain and update shipping records in inventory/ERP systems.
Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Ensure all shipments comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or equivalent; relevant certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles preferred.
Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures (local and export).
Familiar with Microsoft Office and inventory/ERP systems.
