Job Scope
To support sales team in documentation for local and export sales
Assist in updating sales order, handle all documents needed for the sales, coordinate with warehouse on shipment details
Coordinate with freight forwarding company to arrange shipment, update and follow up with customers on the status of the shipment and updates of sales order
Any adhoc instructions given by the supervisor
