Position:  Shipping and Warehousing Clerk – Full Time (Hawthorne, CA)
Shipping and Warehousing Clerk–Full Time (Hawthorne, CA)
Role:
Process website orders and update software systems
Pack and ship items and boxes including heavy and oversized items
Communicate with customers and shipping companies to ensure seamless on-time delivery
Generate shipping documents including labels, BOLs, invoices and packing lists
Proactively update customers with information for their orders and answer questions
Update internal systems with correct order and inventory data
Occasional driving including pick up or drop off from customers and vendors
Skills:
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skillsand desire to provide excellent customer service
Experience with shipping and warehousing generally
Experience dealing with freight and parcel shipments
Strong computer skills including MS Office, Excel, and website familiarity
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Comfort driving a full-size van
Valid CA Driver’s license with clean record
Compensation:
