Position: Shipping and Receiving Clerk(Stand-Up Forklift Expirence Required)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk with stand-up forklift experience to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle Shipments:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments with precision to ensure everything is in order and accounted for.
Forklift Operation:
Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Maintain Inventory:
Help us keep track of inventory levels, ensuring everything is stored and organized in the right place.
Prepare Shipments:
Accurately pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure timely deliveries to our customers.
Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Assist in managing returns, addressing discrepancies, and making sure our warehouse operations are seamless.
Safety First:
Keep safety at the forefront of everything you do, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Forklift Experience:
You have hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift and are certified (or willing to get certified).
Detail-Oriented:
You have an eye for detail and can ensure accuracy in all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Team Player:
You thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy collaborating with others to meet goals.
Physical Stamina:
Able to lift, carry, and move heavy items, and you’re comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
Positive Attitude:
You bring a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude to the team every day.
