Print and distribute production labels. Maintain minimum quantities stored in bins in Shipping Office and Production Areas
Print manifest
Print master and detail labels for Faurecia
Scan master and detail labels for Faurecia
Print master labels for: Eimo, CGR, Hirotec, Toyotomi, Magna, JIC, JSC, and Plastikon
Create BOL’s for:
Faurecia, JSC, Plastikon, Magna, Hirotec, Toyotomi, JIC, Ford, Ford Service, Carlex, Eimo, CGR, Yachiyo and Bowling Green Metals
Print BOL’s
Print Customs Documents as needed
Schedule pickups with carriers as needed, Dayton Freight for Magna, USF Holland for Bowling Green Metals, etc….
Send ASN’s and E-mails daily to customers after shipment are made
Receiving: Verify BOL is correct and freight is not damaged upon receipt. Sign drivers paperwork.
Inventory Shipping Supplies: white, yellow and pink colors, ribbon, stretch wrap for hand wrapper and auto wrapper. Alternate packaging. Components & glass for Ford Production and Ford Service.
