Our Shipper/Receivers deliverexceptional serviceby performing various duties related toinventory managementand delivery of parts and accessories. Responsibilities
Verify receiving and receipt-in parts shipments
Provide excellent internal and external customer service over the phone and in person
Put shipments away in correct location
Maintain records of pick ups, deliveries, signatures, and authorizations
Assist in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves,merchandising, and inventory counts
Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
Shipping/Receiving, or materials handling experience
Strong interpersonal andteamworkskills
Experience working with software systems
Ability to lift heavy parts, and operate vehicles and equipment to safety standards
A valid driver’s license
The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge an asset
