Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
Utilize GPS and transportation management systems to optimize routing and fleet management.
Monitor freight movements and provide updates to customers regarding their service status.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and job completions through data entry.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during service delivery.
Assist in transportation planning to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
Proficiency in GPS technology and fleet management systems.
Experience with transportation management systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of freight logistics and transportation planning.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
