What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Perform data entry and resolve issues using spreadsheets and databases based on sales orders and contracts
Plan and implement processes to enhance accountability with third-party logistics partners and shuttle carriers
Analyze and project transportation costs, coordinating critical documentation as needed
Develop strong partnerships with the 3PL warehouse team and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Handle complex issues independently while escalating the most critical cases to appropriate staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in inventory management, warehousing, or carrier management
Experience in distribution planning or logistics
Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings to senior team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with SAP software
Previous work experience in the transportation and logistics industry
Proven track record in improving supply chain processes
