Job Description
- Truck scheduling: Based on the cargo volume, properly schedule the trucks to continuously meet the requirement of timeliness and cost saving;
- Supplier operation management: Communicate and coordinate with the trucking transportation suppliers, monitor and manage their entire operation process, and provide standardized guidance to ensure smooth transportation; Timely update the supplier’s delivery address;
- Abnormal cases following up: Identify abnormal issues during trucking transportation and deliver solutions in a timely manner;
- Ensure quality and safety: Ensure that suppliers follow the standard delivery processes and requirements to ensure the quality and safety and continuously optimize and standardize the process to prevent potential future quality and safety issues;
- Cost control: Control transportation costs through proper trucking scheduling, route adjustments and other methods; conduct data and business analysis on daily operation to identify cost optimization opportunities and propose cost reduction suggestions and participate into the implementation;
- Process optimization: Have a deep understanding of the operation process, identify areas where business processes or systems can be optimized, propose optimization suggestions, and participate into the implementation;
- Project management: Implementation and high-quality delivery of project proposals or project related work.
Job Requirements
- Full time bachelor’s degree or above, with English as working languages;
- Logistics related work experience is preferred;
- Rigorous work, patient, good at identifying problems, strong communication and execution skills, and a sense of responsibility;
- Candidates with knowledge of data analysis and cost estimation are preferred.
