Senior Truck Dispatcher – USA Operations

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Experience: 3+ Years
Cure Bytes is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Truck Dispatcher to join our USA trucking operations team.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage drivers, communicate with brokers and customers, negotiate loads, resolve difficult situations, and keep operations running smoothly under pressure.
If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience in US truck dispatching and can confidently handle difficult drivers, brokers, and clients, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations for assigned trucks and drivers.
- Search, negotiate, and book profitable loads through load boards.
- Work with brokers, shippers, receivers, and customers.
- Negotiate rates and maximize revenue per truck.
- Plan efficient routes and minimize empty miles and downtime.
- Track drivers and provide regular updates to customers and brokers.
- Handle difficult clients, drivers, and operational issues professionally.
- Resolve detention, layover, TONU, rate confirmation, and other dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and follow up on appointments.
- Monitor drivers throughout the trip and ensure timely deliveries.
- Build strong relationships with brokers and customers.
- Handle urgent operational situations and make quick decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Truck Dispatcher.
- Strong experience in US trucking and freight dispatch operations.
- Hands-on experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or other equipment.
- Strong knowledge of US routes, lanes, load boards, and freight markets.
- Proven experience negotiating rates with brokers.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult clients, drivers, and brokers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch software, load boards, and tracking systems.
- Must be comfortable working the US night shift.
