Our operations office is located in Badalona, next to Barcelona
We are building a fast-growing transport operation between Poland and Spain — and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with it.
Not a typical “office dispatcher”.
We are looking for an operator who can think commercially, manage pressure, communicate with drivers, organize transport flows, and make decisions fast.
Your role:
* manage daily transport operations between Poland and Spain
* find and secure profitable freight
* plan trucks, reloads, departures, and driver schedules
* communicate with drivers and customers in real time
* solve operational problems before they become expensive
* build long-term transport relationships and improve margins
You will fit this role if:
