Responsibilities
Regularly check vessel schedules and update our Compass system.
Make booking with feeder operators for destinations not directly serviced by HMM.
Create and manage feeder codes in the system.
Liase with HQ, Trade Teams, Origins and Vessel Operators to confirm loading details.
Work with Feeder Operators on TLI declaration.
Coordinate with PSA for any exceptions such as refrigeration malfunctions, leaks or damages.
Handle AMS, ENS, CAMS and Singapore Customs filings.
Monitor long-dwelling cargo in PSA, especially DGs and Reefers.
Any other tasks relating to our services or assigned by Management.
Requirements
Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Effective spoken and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
