** Responsibilities**:
– Ensuring that the
shipping and receiving
processes run smoothly. This involves resolving problems concerning logistics systems, imports and exports, transportation and customer issues.
– Manage shipping documents – i.e. bills of lading, pick slips, invoice, packing list
– Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
– Liaise, coordinate and respond to meet customers’ shipping requirements
– Liaise with warehouse for packing / shipping instructions
– Process customers’ orders to support the day to day logistics operations.
– Liaise with freight forwarders / Shipping Lines on Shipment Bookings
– Assist in liaising with customers and freight forwarders on delivery and schedules.
