Strong knowledge of shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, FMM Certificate).
Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C) processes and Incoterms.
Experience working with customs clearance, duty exemption processes, and liaising with regulatory bodies (e.g., MITI, MIDA, FMM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs agents, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple shipments and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
