The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for the EBS Supply Chain solutions managing functions such Inventory Control, and Freight Payment Management (freight, tolls, and truck overstaying payments) for South and North America, aligned with a global delivery center. Manage relationships between EBS, internal customers such as the Commercial and Corporate Finance areas, Mosaic suppliers, and third-party services providers, reporting process and business indicators to stakeholders and connecting with the Mosaic leaders and GPO. Monitor the performance of services by proactively measuring productivity KPIS and activating the competent areas. The role requires a leader with high customer service focus and relentless process and cost improvement mindset connected with Innovation and Digital Transformation initiatives to guarantee efficiency and quality. It is important to work close to GPO.

What You’ll Do

Own the delivery of the Supply Chain solutions within the scope of EBS seeking alignment of needs and priorities with the internal client.

Monitor the performance of services by proactively activating the competent areas and connecting with EBS Support Functions, GPO and other Mosaic leaders whenever needed.

Identify improvement areas for the Supply Chain processes by bringing to light opportunities of adding new scope to the EBS organization to optimize the SLAs and quality of services.

Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring employees are appropriately skilled, trained, and developed in several different areas of expertise.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s Degree in administration, business, finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

8+ years – Supply Chain Activities (Freight Payment and Inventory Control Management) or related progressive experience.

10+ yrs management experience, leading teams

ERP SAP preferred

Lean Six Sigma preferred

CPA preferred

Ability to listen and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Highly skilled at managing conflict

Knowledge of Freight Payment, and Inventory Control Management functions in a Brazilian and USA shared service center environment

Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Process and continuous improvement techniques and best practices

Experience with managing KPIs and SLAs

Strong follow-up and execution capabilities with superior attention to detail

Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment

Microsoft Office and SAP

Travel 20%
