SUMMARY:
To drive commercial growth, customer retention, revenue generation, and strategic business development within the fuel, chemical, liquid bulk, and dangerous goods (DG) logistics sector.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Commercial Growth Drive new business acquisition and customer retention. Identify and develop new markets and industry opportunities. Participate in RFQs, tenders, and commercial negotiations. Develop and implement market penetration strategies. Manage key accounts and grow revenue streams. Commercial Management Conduct volume forecasting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Manage unit rate billing and commercial pricing structures. Lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Develop and manage commercial pipelines and opportunities. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage customer queries, concerns, and service delivery requirements. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and engagement sessions. Represent the business at trade shows and industry events. Operational Support Support transporter recruitment and Control Tower commercial activities. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and company procedures. Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years management experience. 8 to 10 years commercial management experience within Dangerous Goods/Fuel/Liquid Bulk/Chemical related operations from commercial management perspective
